The easiest way to gain and create clarity is to map out your future. You need to be focused with a little guidance that will clear the fog and set you on course on your next step in your life. It is important to be determined, focussed, robust in you thought, and have the purpose of the values in your goals.
It is important for you to establish that this is not for other people to think what it looks like, but what it really looks like to you.
What is it that you really want?
What should you seek?
What is at your core?
Have you some idea at the back of your mind ready to take on new challenges?
Clarity gives you time, permission and space to think and organise your feelings, thoughts, beliefs and hopes. When thought through in a logical way it is liberating and allows you to be more focussed.
With clarity you can bounce forward to approach life in a more determined, effective and efficient way to plan your goals which will include your values in life and maybe some of the areas that you have been neglecting.
Let me ask you these questions:
What are you not enjoying?
What do you want to change?
What are your opportunities?
A good way to start this process is to write a journal with actions and your feelings which will give you more clarity to move forward.
Remember also, that although some of these practices can be developed there is only so much “brain-power” to use at any given time, so take a 5 minute break every 40 minutes to make time for rest.
